To accelerate our growth we are looking for an Account Manager with a passion for innovation, a knack for client relationships and a hunger to sell amazing ideas to clients who don’t even know they need them yet. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can get things done. The perfect candidate can lead small and large projects and enjoys being responsible for their success. Not just by meeting deadlines, but also by finding new opportunities for the client and the agency. He/she/they will be working with a mix of young talent and seasoned leaders to build the agency to watch in the coming years.
Define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget).
Identify new opportunities for growth with existing clients and bring in new potential clients.
Guide our interdisciplinary team to evolve requirements into clear sets of deliverables.
Serve as primary client contact, shaping the project vision and managing expectations.
Ensure delivery of all project deliverables on brief, on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
Brings the expertise (min. 3 years), energy and entrepreneurship we need to help us build a remarkable agency.
Speaks and writes Dutch, English and preferably also French fluently.
Can play the dual role of client advocate and SUPERMACHINE team advocate.
Works in an independent fashion, thinks ahead, solves problems, makes decisions, and makes clients fall in love with them.
Is comfortable with talking and presenting to clients.
Loves planning and budgets.
You have a unique, weird or wonderful passion outside of marketing.
