THe ideal candidate

speaks Dutch, English and preferably also French fluently.
has proven experience (8+ years) in a strategic planning role within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
has a Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
has strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
can demonstrate leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
dares to challenge clients to help them grow.
has the ability to thrive in a small team, guide them and also give and receive constructive feedback.
