Beat the algorithm with a heartbeat. Supermachine is a creative agency with big ambitions. We believe in remarkably simple and humanizing ideas that unlock the power of communities. Our clients are a mix of governments and established brands that need your help to tell their story.
To accelerate our growth we are looking for a web designer/developer with a passion for design, a knack for usability and UX and a hunger to sell amazing ideas to clients who don’t even know they need them yet. Most importantly, we are looking for a creative mind who can get things done.
The perfect candidate can lead small and large projects and enjoys being responsible for their success. Not just by meeting deadlines, but also by finding new opportunities for the client and the agency. You will be working with a mix of young talent and seasoned leaders to build the agency to watch in the coming years.
As a web developer and designer, you will design and develop visually powerful platforms. The classic ones like web pages and blogs, but innovative ways for storytelling as well. Think interactive longreads, digital brandings and UX-friendly mini-platforms (quizzes, games, …). You’ll be the bridge between the design and development worlds, in a very creative environment.
Lives between the world of pixels and engineering
Has the UX principles hanging right above their bed
Has a hawk eye for aesthetics and user interfaces
Knows Javascript has nothing to do with coffee and HTML is not sms language
Brings the expertise, energy and entrepreneurship we need to help us build a remarkable agency
Is comfortable with talking and presenting to clients
Goes with the Webflow
You have a unique, weird or wonderful passion outside of communication and design.
You read all of the above and immediately think: “This is going to be so much fun.”
